Dr. Hector P. Garcia Exhibit

As the home of the Dr. Hector P. Garcia Papers, Special Collections & Archives has an exhibit of select documents, photographs, and memorabilia dealing with Dr. Garcia's life and contributions. Presently, display cases feature Dr. Garcia's family background and early years; the origins and development of the American G.I. Forum; the Felix Longoria incident; Dr. Garcia in the political area; and highlights of Dr. Garcia's public service.
